Business Attire is appropriate for all Dinners. Business Casual is appropriate for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday lunch and all conference sessions.
Conference attendees with special needs under the Americans With Disabilities Act should register by phone.
All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received in writing by April 15, 2009 will receive a full refund less a $25 processing fee. Cancellations received after April 15, 2009 are nonrefundable.
